Refund Policy
Dine-in & Takeout
Once an order is prepared/served, all sales are final. If we make a mistake or there is a food-safety concern, please tell us the same day and we’ll remake or refund at manager’s discretion.
Online Orders
Changes or cancellations are accepted only before preparation starts. Many orders begin immediately; once the kitchen has started, or the order is ready/dispatched, the sale is final.
If we make an error or there is a quality/food-safety concern, please contact us the same day (within 2 hours of pickup/delivery) for a remake or refund at the manager’s discretion.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Third-party delivery orders follow the platform’s policy.
Allergies & Food Safety
Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles wheat, soy, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. We take precautions, but cross-contact may occur and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal.
