Terms & Conditions - the basics

Using this site means you accept these rules. Content (menus, prices, hours, policies) may change without notice.

  • Menus, prices & photos — Items and prices may change. Photos are illustrative and may differ from the served items.

  • Allergens & raw foods — Please inform us of allergies before ordering. We take precautions, but cross-contact may occur and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness.

  • Orders, changes & refunds — Changes/cancellations are accepted only before preparation starts. Once prep has started, or an order is ready/dispatched, the sale is final. If we make an error or there is a quality/food-safety concern, contact us the same day (≈2 hours of pickup/delivery) for a remake or refund at the manager’s discretion. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Third-party orders (e.g., DoorDash/Toast) follow that platform’s policy.

  • Reservations / private events (if applicable) — A card/ deposit may be required; cancellation window and any no-show fee are disclosed at booking.

  • Gift cards & merchandise — Gift cards are final sale (non-refundable, except where required by law). Unopened, unused merchandise with receipt may be exchanged/refunded within [14] days; sale items are final.

  • Intellectual property — All text, images, and logos are © AKAMARU Scottsdale. No reproduction without permission.

  • Third-party links — We are not responsible for external sites or their policies.

  • Limitation of liability & governing law — To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by Arizona, USA law.
